Worser - Goddess of the Family Hearth - POSTER

$1

Worser is the goddess of the family hearth in the Circassian pantheon of deities. The image is from the book "Khabzist Paganism", written and illustrated by John Hamlet, available on Google Books in ebook format. The file is ready to be printed on A2-sized paper with a quality of your choice.

"Орсэр, the goddess before the family hearth. The protectress of home. The poetess. The prophetess. The Sorceress. The seeress. Presumably, the first of Nart witches. The hearths of the homesteads and places warmed by the hearth fire are under her jurisdiction. Her visage is that of an old, tall, thin woman with long, beautifully braided white hair. She is mother to three other gods of Nart origin: the shepherd-god Amysh, the farmer-god Tkhaghalej and the seer-god Mamysh. She is the daughter of one of the Tkhashyrupkhish, which explains the source of her expertise. She has a sibling who goes by the name Tse’unezh (ЦэӀунэжъ), who’s a seer like her. The goddess is known by many names other than Worser, such as Wune Guashe (Унэ Гуащэ), Jegupatkha (Джэгупатхьэ), Worseryzh (Орсэрыжъ), Wuser (Усэр) or Wuserezh (Усэрэжъ) - the last of which later became an eponym for the words “magician” or “philosopher”."
